One of the hardest lessons in school leadership took me years to learn.

Not because I can’t. Because AI does it better. Cleaner, Smarter, More structured, No rambling, No typos, No messy human thoughts.

But the rare feeling that you are among people who understand the weight of the work and the purpose behind it.

Now, that title sounds very official, but honestly? It mostly means I get to be the Chief Cheerleader. The real heavy lifting—the blood, sweat, and logistics that make these conferences actually happen—is all done by the brilliant Justin Hardman , Lii Jing ONG, and the rest of our dream team. I just get the honor of showing up and being a small part of the magic.

I know because I used to do it too when I didn’t want to face the chaos and felt I had too much “work” to do.
