Schools don't fail because people stop caring.

They fail because bureaucracy slowly replaces courage.

More meetings.

More policies.

More approvals.

More rules.

Until everyone is busy...

...and nobody is making the decisions that actually help children.

Sometimes the right leadership decision isn't to add something.

It's to remove it.

This is one of the shortest videos I've ever made, but probably one of the most

honest.

I use the word "bullshit" intentionally because sometimes that's the only accurate

description for rules, meetings, and processes that everyone knows no longer serve

students.

If that word bothers you, that's okay.

What should bother all of us more is leaving broken systems in place because

changing them feels uncomfortable.

Leadership isn't just creating new initiatives.
