Belonging matters.

Personally. Professionally.
At the LYIS conference this week, someone said,“I feel like I found my people.”
Another shared,
“It’s good to be with people who get you… who’ve been there before and know what you’re going through.”
That’s belonging.
Not just networking.
Not just professional learning.
But the rare feeling that you are among people who understand the weight of the work and the purpose behind it.
In leadership, that kind of belonging is powerful.
Because when leaders feel they belong, they lead with more courage, more honesty, and more heart.
We are proud that Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CIS) will be hosting the conference next year. The International School The International School @ ParkCity Hanoi (ISPH) and Stuart Hill set the bar high with their gracious hosting this year.
Have you ever had a moment where you felt like you had found your people?
